Our Process

Bespoke kitchen design, quality products, fine craftsmanship

Working with the team at Cherrywood is easy, friendly, and professional. We’ve created a 5-step guide for your project.

Step 1: Consultation

All great projects start with a conversation. We’ll talk with you about what you hope to achieve, and we’ll make the process in getting there easy and enjoyable. Once we’ve received the design fee* we can make a start.

Step 2: Design

You might know exactly what you’re after, or maybe you need some ideas. We can help you to achieve your vision or we’re happy to help with some ideas. Need inspiration? Have a look at our gallery here (link to gallery) or collect some ideas from Pinterest, Houzz (link to external sites) or your favourite homes magazine.

Step 3: Measure

We’ll arrange an onsite visit to measure your space then take it back in-house and using CAD software, we’ll custom fit the design of your joinery project to your space. From here your ideas will come to life and you’ll be able to see your project on paper in 3D render.

Step 4: Manufacture

Once you’ve finalised your choices, we’ll use state-of-the-art machinery to cut, shape, lacquer and our MasterJoiners ™ certified employees to construct your project.

Step 5: Install

Your project is ready for our experienced team to install. We’ll arrange a time that suits and you’ll see your project come to life.

* Our design fee starts at $400 +GST, this includes an initial consultation, up to 4hrs of design and your site measure. You will receive a rendered 3D image of your project, in your space, along with a quote. Additional changes to a design are charged at $95 per hour. This fee will be taken off your final project invoice.
